Advice for Beginners, Raw to Slightly Advanced
I love this advice from This American Life creator and host Ira Glass. Anyone who is starting out in any creative endeavor should hear this. And those of us who teach people stuff should absorb it and pass it on.

Really great video, love the advice.
hygiene is so important and i cannot stress enough how much i tell people that they should take care of their hygiene, and honestly without betriebshygiene i think i couldnt go through a day
